Convenient location and friendly staff Good location close to key businesses and great for business travelers. the staff was friendly and always willing to help. Another advantage of the hotel was the comfortable bed, which made it easy to get a good night's sleep.
Poor cleanliness and outdated facilities the state of cleanliness in the hotel was disappointing. the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly, and there was dust on surfaces.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Its location near the city center made it convenient for me to explore the area without feeling overwhelmed by the crowds. I also loved the fact that it was close to the Bakpia Pathuk shops, where I could indulge in some delicious treats.

Staying at this hotel in the heart of the city was a great decision for us. We were able to easily visit various tourist spots and walk to Bakpia Pathuk shops. the hotel's location is just right for us, not too crowded but close enough to the city center. the room and bathroom were clean and spacious with good aircon. We enjoyed the diverse breakfast menu offered with a corner of herbs. the staffs were polite and professional. the swimming pool was a great relief from the heat.
The hotel could improve on the lighting in the room to make it brighter.
